Delivery & Information
Processing time:
- We usually aim to dispatch within 2-3 working days however during busy periods this may be longer, please refer to the estimated delivery dates at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- United Kingdom: 1-4 business days (Standard 2nd Class)
- USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand: 7-10 business days
- Germany & Ireland: 5-8 business days
Please note:
- These delivery times are only estimates, occasionally there may be delays with Royal Mail, which are unfortunately out of our control.
- If you require tracking on your order, please upgrade to the appropriate service for your country of destination at checkout.
- Orders can only be classed as lost 10 working days after the due date for UK, 20 working days after for Germany & Republic of Ireland, and 25 working days after for Australia, Canada & New Zealand. If your order still hasn't arrived after this time period, please email us at info@paperamor.co.uk and we will issue a replacement or refund. This must be done within 80 calendar days of the dispatch date.
- For lost parcels to USA, please contact us within 30 days of the dispatch date for a replacement or refund.
Customs and import taxes:
- US Customers: Tariffs will be paid by us upon shipment of the order.
- EU Customers: We currently only ship physical orders to Germany and Ireland. Please note that all international orders are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the prices shown at checkout do not include local VAT, customs duties, or carrier handling fees, and you will be responsible for paying these charges to your local postal service or courier before delivery. Additionally, due to EU cross-border tax regulations, we are unable to sell or deliver digital files/downloads to customers located within the EU. Any orders placed for these will be cancelled.
