Processing time:
- We usually aim to dispatch within 3 working days however during busy periods this may be longer, please refer to the estimated delivery dates at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- United Kingdom: 1-4 business days (Standard 2nd Class)
- United States: 7-10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7-10 business days
Please note:
- These delivery times are only estimates, occasionally there may be delays with Royal Mail, which are unfortunately out of our control.
- If you require tracking on your order, please upgrade to the appropriate service for your country of destination at checkout.
- Orders can only be classed as lost 10 working days after the due date for UK. If your order still hasn't arrived after this time period, please email us at info@paperamor.co.uk and we will issue a replacement or refund. This must be done within 80 calendar days of the dispatch date.
- For lost parcels to USA, Australia & NZ please contact us within 30 days of the dispatch date for a replacement or refund.
- We CANNOT sell to any country that is not the UK, USA, Australia & New Zealand, due to tax reasons, neither physical or digital items. If you purchase from another country we will unfortunately have to cancel your order.
Customs and import taxes:
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to Australia & NZ.
- US Tariffs will be paid by us upon shipment of the order.
