Processing time:

  • We usually aim to dispatch within 3 working days however during busy periods this may be longer, please refer to the estimated delivery dates at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 7-10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 1-4 business days (Standard 2nd Class)
  • United States: 7-10 business days
  • Non-EU Europe: 3-7 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7-10 business days

Please note:

  • These delivery times are only estimates, occasionally there may be delays with Royal Mail, which are unfortunately out of our control.
  • If you require tracking on your order, please upgrade to the appropriate service for your country of destination at checkout.
  • Orders can only be classed as lost 10 working days after the due date for UK, 20 working days after for Europe, and 25 working days after for USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand.
  • If your order still hasn't arrived after this time period, please email us at info@paperamor.co.uk and we will issue a replacement or refund.
